Rates:

 Our rates include transfer from the airport to the lodge and return, lodging, all meals and drinking water, guided excursions and entrance fee to the Reserve. Do not include: Flight tickets, airport taxes, alcoholic beverages or sodas, transportation not specified in our programs, communication services, tips, personal insurance or laundry.

 All prices are listed in American Dollars and include all taxes for non-residents in Peru.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS:

Payments can be made in cash, credit card, wire transfer into our bank account, or through a money courier.

To confirm your reserve, we must receive the total payment for our services.

The confirmation of your reserve will be sent by e-mail with the reservation code of each program required.

The total payment of the packages / tours must be made once the passenger receives the confirmation of his reserve.

Penalties:

 There will be no refund for portions of the tour / packages that haven't been used due to passenger decision, once the tour / package has started.

 Cancellations made by passengers before 180 days prior to the date of the tour, will be subject to a penalty of US $ 200.00 of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made by passengers, within 120  days prior to the date of the tour, will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the program price.

Cancellations made by passengers, within 90 days prior to the date of the tour, will be subject to a penalty of 75% of the program

Any cancellations within 30 days of the bigining of your tour will be 100% penalty. 

DOCUMENTS:

The passengers must carry with themselves a passport or travel document depending on their nationality, according to Peruvian law.

URGENT CANCELLATIONS:

BAGGAGE:

Baggage transportation is limited to 33 lb (15 Kg) per passenger.

The passenger has the responsibility of his baggage.

Small objects as video or photo cameras, binoculars, bags, umbrellas, etc are responsibility of their owners.

It is recommendable to carry all the baggage well closed and with personal identification.

LIABILITY:

Liability for services not provided, due to negligence of Amazon King Lodge and or its employees, is limited to the real cost of the omitted services and excludes all resulting indirect costs and consequences.

In the event of the above, Amazon King Lodge will make its best effort to provide alternative arrangements at the same cost, subject to availability.

Our company is not liable for loses, material or fisical damage, illness, alergies and delays or other inconvenients caused by natural events or by third persons.

Due the tours we offer are adventure tourism, all passengers must travel with personal insurance.

EXECUTION OF REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PACKAGES, TOUR, ACCOMMODATION OR TICKETS:

If Amazon King Lodge fails to fulfill its obligation for services, hotels, meals and or transportation as indicated in the travel program, a reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the client submitting a claim or write out authorization from any of our local or foreign agents.

No claims will be considered if made later than 60 days after termination of the tour.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:

Amazon King Lodge is responsible for providing all the services and accommodations exactly as advertised on the web site. .

In case of natural disasters, severe weather or any other acts of nature, Amazon King  Lodge is not responsible for the services not provided.

If for any reason the transportation chosen by the passenger (bus, flight, train, etc) does not arrive to destiny at the date and hour programmed to start the tour or program, Amazon King Lodge denies all responsibility for not providing the tour or package services. These services will not be reprogrammed.

Amazon King Lodge will provide services only from the portion considered after the arrival of passengers. The portion of the program lost for this reason, is not refundable. 
Amazon King Lodge is not responsible for loss, damage or injury related to services or accommodations provided by third parties. 

We reserve the right to make changes in any itinerary in the event it becomes necessary to ensure the safety, comfort or well being of the passenger. Such change will be made without penalty.

 

FINAL CLAUSE:

When carrying out its reserve, the client automatically declares to know and to accept the terms of the GENERAL CONDITIONS and in no case, will be able to allege ignorance.
